Our goal is to direct and guide your weight loss journey with the use of tools for a longer, more sustainable weight loss plan. This plan includes lifestyle modifications, nutritional counseling, medications, as well as other options for a more individualized medically supervised treatment. A Tanita Body Composition Scanner is included in your program for a more comprehensive assessment and recommendations to further assist with your wellness journey. We have partnerships with nutritional and exercise specialists if needed.

Immediate and Continuous Care Program is with a Nurse Practitioner. Telehealth and/or In-person Visits for Allergies, Anxiety, UTIs, Sore Throat, Respiratory Infections, Thyroid, Blood Pressure, cholesterol and much more. Body Composition is available with all weight management patients included in their service. It is also something that can be done as a stand alone service. The body composition takes only a few minutest to complete and you will get a detailed print out of your information. This body composition will give you information regarding your weight, body mass index, lean muscle mass, fat mass, visceral fat and much more.
